“Those who live in the hearts of others.... Never die.”
A devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, much respected by all he knew him, god bless you dad until we meet again.
My Father and most cherished friend in the world, All my life he was there for us unconditionally, his early life in Ireland was hard so he left for England and created a new life and family of his own. his final years were sad and torturously confusing for him, he suffered much pain but the great man shall suffer no more.
A Poem
Since I've known you,
I’ve respected you,
Since I've respected you,
I've loved you.
Because you are gone,
I will now love your spirit.
Your voice speaking to me as a child,
forever rings through my soul.
Seeing you so tired, I asked you to go.
I never thought you would listen to me.
You always had a mind of your own,
but now I am happy because you are at peace.
It makes my heart soar to think
you could be dancing with the stars.
Thank you father for caring for me.
Thank you father for listening to me.
I will cherish you forever,
and you will always live in me.
Love, Richard xxxxxx
